We're hiring passionate individuals for the role of Counselor to guide students across top study destinations.

  • Conduct research to generate leads and build a strong pipeline of prospective students
  • Provide accurate and personalized counseling to students both in person and virtually
  • Guide students through the university and visa application processes 
  • Prepare and organize documentation, fill out application forms, and maintain student
    records 
  • Assist in conducting admission and visa interview preparation sessions 
  • Manage communication via email and engage in digital marketing and promotional
    activities
  • Work toward achieving monthly sales and admission targets 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students and guardians 
  • Support day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the office

Preferred Skills

  • Experience handling applications for multiple destinations (UK, USA, Canada, etc.)
  • Knowledge of student visa processing and documentation
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills 
  • A professional and student-friendly demeanor  

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • 1–2 years of experience as an Education Counselor or in a relevant role within the education consultancy industry
  • Proven track record of being target-oriented and achieving performance goals
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision 
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for counseling and outreach
