Refund Policy (Courses / Session)

 

A. Eligibility for Refund

You will be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

  1. If Admission.ac cancels the course / Session for any reason, you will be entitled to a full refund of the course fee.
  2. If Admission.ac reschedule / Change the promised course date that you cannot attend, you will have the option to receive a full refund

B. Non-Eligibility for Refund

You will not be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

  1. If you voluntarily withdraw from the course / Session for any reason, you will not be entitled to a refund.
  2. If you do not attend any scheduled course / sessions you will not be eligible for a refund.
  3. If you begin the course / Session but do not complete it for any reason, you will not be eligible for a refund.

C. Refund Amount

The refund amount, if applicable, will be the course fee minus any non-refundable fees, such as administration charges.

  • Administrative Fees for Language Courses (Physics): 1500/-
  • Administrative Fees for Language Courses (Online): 1000/-
  • Administrative Fees for Session: 500/-

D. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, clients must follow these steps:

  • Submit a written refund request to Admission.ac.
  • Provide the reason for the refund request, along with any relevant documentation.
  • The refund request will be reviewed within 30 days of receipt.
  • If the refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 45 days.
