Term and Procedure

To ensure a transparent and smooth admission process, the Applicant agrees to comply with the following Terms and Procedures:

1. Application Submission

1.1 The Applicant must complete and submit the prescribed application forms (File Opening, Admission, Visa, etc.) provided by Admission.ac.

1.2 All information provided in the forms and supporting documents must be accurate, authentic, and verifiable.

1.3 Submission of false, misleading, or forged information/documents shall result in the immediate cancellation of the admission process without refund.

2. Fees and Payments

2.1 To initiate the admission procedure, the Applicant must pay a non-refundable File Opening Fee at the time of submission.

2.2 Once opened, the file shall remain valid for a period of one (01) year. After expiry, if the Applicant wishes to proceed, a new file must be opened.

2.3 The File Opening Fee shall cover up to three (03) applications in two destinations. Any additional applications shall require additional payment.

2.4 The Applicant may be required to pay non-refundable Service Fees, Administrative Fees, or other charges (if applicable). The Applicant is solely responsible for reviewing and understanding the fee structure and schedule.

2.5 All payments must be made exclusively through the authorized Admission.ac bank account or the official cash counter.

2.6 The Applicant must retain all official payment receipts for future reference.

2.7 The Applicant is solely responsible for making payments of all admission- and visa-related fees directly to the authorized bank account of the University, Embassy, or Consulate, in accordance with their invoice and refund policies. Admission.ac shall not be held liable for such payments or refunds.

2.8 Admission.ac shall not be liable for any unauthorized payment, transaction, or commitment made to any individual or third party.

2.9 In case of an application with a spouse or dependent, an additional service charge shall apply.

3. Document Submission

3.1 The Applicant must present all original documents during the application process when required.

3.2 All documents must be submitted within the stipulated time; any delay may adversely affect the admission/visa process.

3.3 Admission.ac or relevant authorities may request additional documents as necessary.

3.4 The Applicant must provide clear, valid, and legally recognized scanned copies of all documents.

3.5 The Applicant is solely responsible for verifying the accuracy and completeness of all admission, visa, and other documents prior to final submission. Admission.ac shall not be held liable for inaccuracies or omissions.

3.6 Admission.ac does not prepare or issue documents on behalf of Applicants. It only provides guidance and support to arrange documents in the correct order and format as required by the relevant authority.

4. Guidance and Support

4.1 Admission.ac shall provide accurate information, essential guidance, and necessary support to optimize the Applicant’s admission and visa success.

4.2 The Applicant retains full responsibility for making independent decisions beyond any advice or recommendations provided. Admission.ac respects the Applicant’s choice, welfare, and privacy.

4.3 Admission.ac shall provide guidelines for preparing SOPs, CVs, Motivation Letters, and LoRs.

4.4 The Applicant is responsible for ensuring these documents are grammatically correct, accurate, and free from plagiarism.

4.5 For admission/visa interviews, Admission.ac shall provide necessary guidance and up to three (03) mock interview sessions. If additional sessions are required, extra charges shall apply.

5. Limitations of Responsibility

5.1 Admission.ac shall not be held responsible for admission decisions made by universities.

5.2 Admission.ac shall not be responsible for refund decisions made by universities or other authorities.

5.3 The Embassy/Consulate retains sole authority to accept or refuse visa applications. Admission.ac shall not be held liable for visa-related decisions.

5.4 Visa applications cannot be canceled or withdrawn due to the Applicant’s personal reasons.

5.5 Applications containing incomplete, falsified, or fraudulent documents shall not be processed or accepted.

6. Discontinuation

6.1 If the Applicant wishes to discontinue the admission process, they must notify Admission.ac through official channels within fifteen (15) days of file opening.

7. Updates to Terms

7.1 These Terms and Procedures are subject to modification at the sole discretion of Admission.ac.

7.2 The latest and most updated version shall always be available on the official Admission.ac website and shall supersede any prior version.
