Service Policy for SAT Practice Course

1. Course Overview

The SAT Course operated by Admission.ac, is designed to prepare students for the Scholastic Assessment Test (SAT), ensuring comprehensive coverage of Reading, Writing & Language, Math (Calculator & No-Calculator), and optional Essay strategies. The program is delivered by trained SAT instructors under Admission.ac’s standardized teaching model.

 

• Course Duration: 3 months (12 weeks)

• Total Classes: 32 sessions (16 classes per module: MATH & ENGLISH)

• Class Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes per session

• Mode of Delivery: Online or Offline

1.1. Batch Access Restriction:

i.Online students cannot attend offline classes.

ii.Offline students cannot attend online classes.

iii. Each student must strictly follow their enrolled mode of study

Free group or one to one counseling sessions with the course instructor if needed.

Certificate of Participation

Upon successful completion of the course, students will be awarded a Certificate of Participation.

Students may be eligible for a discount if there are any ongoing offers (subject to applicable terms and conditions).

Study Abroad Counselling

Students will have access to unlimited counselling sessions with Study Abroad Experts

 

3. Class and Attendance Policy:

3.1. Rescheduling of Classes:

i. The instructor may reschedule classes when required.

ii. Students will be informed in advance via email, WhatsApp, SMS, or official notice.

3.2. Attendance Requirement:

i. Students must maintain a minimum of 80% attendance to ensure effective learning and to be eligible for the Certificate of Participation, SAT Discount.

ii. If a student misses 3 consecutive classes without valid reason, their studentship may be suspended.

iii. Students must join the class on time. Attendance will not be recorded if a student joins more than 15 minutes after the class has started.

3.3. Batch and Mode Policy:

i. Students cannot transfer between batches.

ii. Switching from online to offline (or vice versa) is strictly prohibited.

iii. Each student must remain in their originally assigned batch and mode.

3.4. Make-Up Classes:

i. No official make-up classes will be arranged for absentees.

ii. Soft copies of class materials will be shared for self-study.


4. Mock Test Policy:

4.1. Full-Length Mock Tests:

i. Each student is entitled to 3 free SAT full-length mock tests.

ii. Tests must be taken within 1 month of course completion.

iii. After this period, fees apply

iv. Minimum 70% attendance is required to access free mock tests.

4.2. Result Notification:

i. Mock test results will be published within 3 working days.

ii. Results will be delivered via official email.


5. Disciplinary and Ethical Policy:

5.1. Code of Conduct:

i. Students must maintain respect toward instructors, staff, and peers.

ii. Disruptive behavior (online or offline) will not be tolerated.

5.2. Prohibited Actions:

i. Sharing class links, materials, or recordings without authorization.

ii. Cheating, plagiarism, or impersonation during assessments.

iii. Any illegal, fraudulent, or suspicious activities.

5.3. Consequences of Misconduct:

i. The authority reserves the right to suspend or terminate studentship immediately.

ii. In such cases, no refund or transfer will be granted.


6. Terms and Conditions:

i. Students must follow the official academic calendar and instructions.

ii. The institute reserves the right to change schedules, rules, or facilities when necessary.

iii. Fees paid are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

iv. Access to mock tests, and e-learning platform expires automatically after the allowed time.

v. Students must check their emails regularly for official updates.


7. Authority’s Rights

The authority reserves the right to:

i. Modify the course structure, schedules, or facilities when necessary.

ii. Restrict or withdraw access to services for non-compliance.

iii. Terminate studentship for repeated negligence, unethical behavior, or violation of policy.
