We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Manager to join our growing team and drive student recruitment and business development.

Position: Business Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as lead counsellor guiding students on study abroad opportunities
• Serve as conversion specialist to drive student admissions
• Lead B2B business development initiatives to expand partnerships and outreach
• Support team training and mentoring to ensure performance targets are met
• Collaborate with marketing and operational teams for strategic growth

Educational Qualification:

• Master’s degree in a relevant field

Additional Qualifications / Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in sales, counselling, or business development in the student
• Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment

Experience Required:

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in sales, counselling, or business development in the Student Recruitment Agency

Work Location: Dhanmondi, Dhaka
