Refund Policy (Study Abroad)
A. Eligibility for Refund
A student will be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
- If the fee is refundable
- When the application is not processed due to internal issues at Admission.ac
- If a student wishes to discontinue the process, they must notify Admission.ac through the
proper channels within 15 days of file opening.
B. Non-Eligibility for Refund
A student will not be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
- If the fee is non-refundable
- When the application is accepted by the university (upon receiving a conditional or
unconditional offer letter) - If the application is canceled by the applicant due to personal reasons
- If the application is not accepted due to the applicant's unlawful intentions or activities
- If the application is not processed or accepted due to the presence of false information in
the application documents - If the application is not processed or accepted due to incomplete application documents
and information - In case the applicant fails to respond, reply, cooperate, or pay university fees on time
- No refunds are available for services that have been delivered, initiated, or provided,
including but not limited to application submissions, document translations, courier fees,
and services requiring third-party payments.
C. Refund Amount
The refund amount will be the total fee minus administrative fess & VAT/TAX/Foreign Transaction/other fees (if any).
- Administrative Fees for File Opening / Security Deposit: 2000/-
- Administrative Fees Premium Security Deposit: 5000/-
D. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, clients must follow these steps:
- Submit a written refund request to Admission.ac
- Provide the reason for the refund request, along with any relevant documentation
- The refund request will be reviewed within 30 days of receipt
- If the refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 45 days
