The Swedish Institute Scholarships for Global Professionals (SISGP) offer highly motivated students/professionals the opportunity to pursue a full-time master’s degree in Sweden. The program aims to develop future global leaders by supporting international talents who wish to contribute to sustainable development in their home countries.
The scholarship covers full tuition fees, living expenses, insurance, and travel support for the selected applicants.
This opportunity is open to applicants applying through UniversityAdmissions.se for programs starting in Autumn 2026.
To be eligible, applicants must:
• Apply for a master’s programme in Sweden via UniversityAdmissions.se
• Meet all academic and entry requirements for their chosen programme
• Meet SISGP country and professional experience requirements
• Demonstrate leadership potential and a strong professional background
• Apply within the designated scholarship portal dates
• 15 January 2026 – UniversityAdmissions.se application deadline
• 2 February 2026 – Application fee deadline
• 9 February 2026 – SI Scholarship application portal opens
• 25 February 2026 (14:59 CET) – SISGP scholarship application deadline

APPLICATION PROCESS
Find a master's programme on UniversityAdmissions.se and make sure you are eligible to study in Sweden
Carefully read through open calls on si.se/scholarships and make sure you and your preferred master's program(s) are eligible for the scholarship.
Get a head start and prepare your application. You can now find all the documents and templates you need for your application. The key is to prepare well in time.
Don't forget to submit your application to a Swedish university! 15 January 2026 is the deadline, and make sure you pay the application fee to University Admissions by 2 February 2026.
On 9 February 2026, application portal opens. Submit your documents and motivation and apply no later than 25 February 14:59 CET.
