We are seeking a results-driven Business Manager for Daffodil IELTS Test Centre to lead the operations, optimize revenue, and ensure the smooth functioning of our IELTS Centre. This is a leadership role for someone who can balance business growth with operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the IELTS Centre
• Drive revenue optimization and achieve enrollment/registration targets
• Develop and implement strategic business plans for growth
• Ensure smooth delivery of IELTS courses, exams, mock tests, and related services
• Collaborate with academic, marketing, and counselling teams to maximize performance
• Monitor quality standards and provide regular reports to management

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a relevant field (Master’s preferred)
• 3–5 years of experience in business management of IELTS Test centre or Language Centre  operations
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment

Work Location:

• Dhanmondi, Dhaka
