ঠান্ডা আবহাওয়ার সঙ্গে এখন চলছে ভ্রমণেরও মৌসুম। আর অচেনা জায়গায় কয়েক দিনের জন্য ভ্রমণে গেলে হোটেলই ভরসা।
সাধারণত রিভিউ বা রেটিংয়ের ভিত্তিতে গ্রাহকেরা ভ্রমণের আগে হোটেল নির্বাচন করে থাকেন। হোটেলগুলোর নামের পাশেই তা কত তারকাখচিত বা কত স্টার-যুক্ত সে উল্লেখ থাকে। সবাই জানেন, বেশি স্টারের অর্থ হোটেলের সুযোগ-সুবিধাও বেশি। স্টার অনুযায়ী হোটেলগুলোর ব্যবস্থাপনা সম্পর্কেও কিছুটা ধারণা পাওয়া যায়।

ওয়ান স্টার বা একতারকা হোটেল:
ওয়ান স্টার হোটেলে থাকার খরচ তুলনামূলকভাবে খুব কম। বাজেট সাশ্রয়ী হওয়ায় যে কেউ এই হোটেলে উঠতে পারে। এতে আপনি পরিষ্কার ঘর, ঘুমানোর জন্য একটি বিছানা, টয়লেট সুবিধা এবং সর্বোচ্চ গরম ও ঠান্ডা পানির সুবিধা পাবেন। কিন্তু এসব হোটেলের রুম আকারে খুবই ছোট হয়ে থাকে।
টু স্টার বা দুইতারকা হোটেল:
টু স্টার হোটেলের সুবিধা ওয়ান স্টার হোটেলের চেয়ে কিছুটা ভালো। এই ধরনের হোটেলে রুমের আকার একটু বড় হতে পারে। এখানে রাত্রিযাপনের খরচ ১৫০০-২০০০ টাকা পর্যন্ত হতে পারে। এটি ঘুমানোর জন্য একটি ভাল বিছানা, পরিষ্কার বাথরুম, টেবিল-চেয়ার এবং অন্যান্য কিছু সুবিধা দেয়। কিছু হোটেলে টেলিফোন ও টেলিভিশন থাকলেও সেগুলো পুরানো এবং নষ্ট হওয়ার আশঙ্কাই বেশি!
থ্রি স্টার বা তিনতারকা হোটেল:
তিনতারকা হোটেলের রুম আকারে বড় এবং এতে এসি সুবিধা থেকে শুরু করে ওয়াই-ফাই, টিভি সুবিধা সবই থাকে। এছাড়াও রয়েছে পার্কিং সুবিধা। এ হোটেলে থাকতে গেলে দিনপ্রতি অন্তত ৩-৪ হাজার টাকা গুনতে হবে। অনেক তিনতারকা হোটেলে ব্যুফে ব্রেকফাস্ট সুবিধা দেখা যায় এখন।
ফোর স্টার বা চারতারকা হোটেল:
ফোর স্টার হোটেলগুলো স্যুইট রুম এবং বাথটাবের মতো সুবিধা প্রদান করে। এছাড়া ওয়াইফাই, মিনি বার, ফ্রিজ ইত্যাদি সুবিধা দেওয়া হয়। রয়েছে টিভি, সুইমিং পুল, সাইড বার, কফিশপ সহ অন্যান্য ফ্যাসিলিটিজ। এ ধরনের হোটেলে থাকার খরচ কিছুটা বেশি। বাংলাদেশে এখন প্রচুর চারতারকা হোটেল এবং রিসোর্ট গড়ে উঠেছে।

সম্পূর্ণ প্রসেসিং করতে যে ১ থেকে ১.৮০ লক্ষ টাকা খরচ হবে, তা নিয়ে বিস্তারিত আলোচনা করছি:
১) বিভিন্ন ইউনিভার্সিটিতে আবেদন করতে আপনার ০ থেকে সর্বোচ্চ ১০ হাজার টাকা পর্যন্ত খরচ হতে পারে।কিছু কিছু ইউনিভার্সিটি আছে যেখানে এপ্লিকেশন ফি নাই অথবা অ্যাপ্লিকেশন ফি ফ্রি যদি আপনি ওরকম ইউনিভার্সিটি তে এপ্লাই করেন তাহলে আপনার কোন ফিস লাগবে না। কিন্তু ওরকম ইউনিভার্সিটি সংখ্যা খুব কম। আবার কিছু কিছু ইউনিভার্সিটি আছে যেখানে এপ্লিকেশন ফি ১০ থেকে ৩০ ইউরো।ওরকম যদি আপনি ৩টি ইউনিভার্সিটিতে এপ্লিকেশন করেন তাহলে আপনার ৫০থেকে ৬০ ইউরোর মত খরচ হতে পারে, আবার আরো কিছু ইউনিভার্সিটি আছে যেখানে এপ্লিকেশন ফি ৫০ ইউরো বা তারও বেশি। যদি আপনি তিনটি ইউনিভার্সিটিতে এপ্লাই করেন তাহলে আপনার খরচ ১০ হাজার টাকার বেশি হওয়ার কথা নয়।
২) তারপর আপনি যখন এডমিশন লেটার/ অফার লেটার রিসিভ করবেন, কিছু কিছু ইউনিভার্সিটিতে আপনার এনরোলমেন্ট ফি দিতে হতে পারে। ফিস ১৫০-২৫০ ইউরো পর্যন্ত হতে পারে,কিন্তু মনে রাখবেন এই ফিসটি প্রতিটি ইউনিভার্সিটিতে দেওয়া লাগেনা।
৩)প্রতিটি স্টুডেন্টকে CIMEA অথবা DOV করতে হয়, তবে বেশিরভাগ স্টুডেন্ট CIMEA করে থাকে, কারণ এই প্রসেস ইজি।CIMEA করতে আপনার ৩০০ ইউরো খরচ হবে।
৪) ১বছরের ট্রাভেল ইন্স্যুরেন্স প্রতিটি স্টুডেন্টদের জন্য ম্যান্ডেটরি।ইন্সুরেন্সটা যদি আপনি ইতালি থেকে কিনেন তাহলে ১৩৫ ইউরো খরচ হবে, যদি বাংলাদেশ থেকে কিনেন তাহলে ২৫/৩০ হাজার টাকা খরচ হবে।
৫) একোমোডেশন ১টি ইম্পোরটেন্ট ফ্যাক্টর ভিসা পাওয়ার জন্য।প্রতিটি স্টুডেন্টকে ১বছরের জন্য একোমোডেশন দেখাতে হবে। এখানে আপনার ২০-৫০ হাজার+ টাকা খরচ হতে পারে। কিন্তু অনেক স্টুডেন্ট হোটেল বুকিং দিয়েও ভিসা পায়।হোটেল বুকিং দিলে আপনার কোনো খরচ নাই। For Example: এই বছর আমার ৭জন স্টুডেন্ট এর ভিসা হয়েছে যার মধ্যে ৩জন হোটেল বুকিং দিয়ে ভিসা পেয়েছে। কিন্তু আমি সবাইকে রিকমেন্ড করি সবাই যাতে ১বছরের একোমোডেশন দেখায়।
৬) সর্বশেষ VFS & VISA FEES দিতে হবে সর্বোচ্চ ১৫ হাজার টাকা।
পরিশেষে আমি বলতে পারি, সর্বনিম্ম ১লক্ষ টাকা থেকে সর্বোচ্চ ১লক্ষ ৮০ হাজার টাকা পর্যন্ত খরচ হতে পারে।

২) তারপর আপনি যখন এডমিশন লেটার/ অফার লেটার রিসিভ করবেন, কিছু কিছু ইউনিভার্সিটিতে আপনার এনরোলমেন্ট ফি দিতে হতে পারে। ফিস ১৫০-২৫০ ইউরো পর্যন্ত হতে পারে,কিন্তু মনে রাখবেন এই ফিসটি প্রতিটি ইউনিভার্সিটিতে দেওয়া লাগেনা।
৩)প্রতিটি স্টুডেন্টকে CIMEA অথবা DOV করতে হয়, তবে বেশিরভাগ স্টুডেন্ট CIMEA করে থাকে, কারণ এই প্রসেস ইজি।CIMEA করতে আপনার ৩০০ ইউরো খরচ হবে।

- পাসপোর্টের তথ্য স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে ফর্মে আসবে। সঠিকভাবে যাচাই করুন।
- প্রয়োজনীয় ডকুমেন্ট, যেমন ব্যাঙ্ক স্টেটমেন্ট বা বর্তমান অবস্থানের প্রমাণ আপলোড করুন।
- ট্যুরিস্ট ভিসা (সিঙ্গেল এন্ট্রি): ৫১৫০ টাকা।
- ট্যুরিস্ট ভিসা (মাল্টিপল এন্ট্রি): ২০,০০০ টাকা।
- বাংলাদেশ থেকে আবেদনকারীরা ঢাকার রয়্যাল থাই এম্বেসির মাধ্যমে আবেদন করতে পারবেন।
ধাপ ২: পেমেন্ট প্রক্রিয়া
1. পেমেন্ট ইনফো সামারি (PIS) শীট:
- আবেদন জমা দেওয়ার পর একটি শীট পাবেন, যেখানে QR কোড এবং রেফারেন্স নম্বর থাকবে।
- নির্দিষ্ট ব্যাংকের মাধ্যমে ভিসা ফি জমা দিন। পেমেন্ট সম্পন্ন হলে PIS শীট আপলোড করুন।
- পেমেন্ট নিশ্চিত হওয়ার পর ই-রিসিপ্ট ইমেইলে পাঠানো হবে।
ধাপ ৩: ভিসা অনুমোদন
1. প্রসেসিং সময়:
- আবেদনের জন্য অন্তত ১০ কার্যদিবস সময় লাগবে।
